Welcome to Our Club!

Established in 1982, our club has grown from its croquet roots to include two additional lawn sports: Gateball and Lawnbowls. Whether you are a seasoned player or a complete beginner, we invite you to join our community.

Membership & Access

Our club is open to everyone—no CERN affiliation is required to join. However, please note that a CERN pass is required to enter the premises. To obtain a CERN pass, please contact us.

First Year: Free membership for all new members!

Thereafter: An annual fee of 120 CHF applies.

Finding Our Club

Our Facilities & Atmosphere

We cater to all styles of play, from casual friendly matches to competitive sporting events. If you’re new to the lawns, we offer coaching in all three sports at convenient times to help you get started.

We pride ourselves on a “congenial atmosphere,” regularly hosting lunches and BBQs throughout the season. Our coaching staff is willing to provide lessions on all three sports in assisting new and seasoned players who wish to improve their game.

We currently have approximately 61 members who share the lawns. While we follow a weekly schedule, the lawns remain free most of the time—particularly on weekends and evenings—making it easy for those with traditional work schedules to find time to play.

TUESDAY	ALL SPORTS CROQUET COACHING 18:00 – Dusk
WEDNESDAY	LAWNBOWLS 10:00-12:00 ALL SPORTS COACHING 12:00-14:00
THURSDAY	GATEBALL 12:00 – Dusk LAWBOWLS 14:00 – 16:00 (if rained out on Wed)
FRIDAY-SUNDAY	ALL SPORTS (if no tournament is scheduled)
